I think one of the hardest parts of working out is getting a consistent workout schedule. Motivation has been one of my biggest problems, but a big pre-workout disposition I have established is with the use of coffee before my workouts. For me this comes in the form of a cup of coffee (which I prefer hot), the stronger the better. Some habitancy use supplements before workouts for enhancement benefits, which can take up to thirty minutes to kick in, with coffee I can feel it working instantly.
How Coffee Aids in Workouts:
The thing that gives coffee its jolt that makes workout best is the caffeine, which is a central nervous theory stimulant. Caffeine also increases Dopamine, which works to start the pleasure parts of the brain. Overall, caffeine makes you feel alert; it pumps adrenaline to help give you more energy, the dopamine growth makes you feel best which results in best workout. There has been studies done on elite swimmers and runners who have used coffee before there events which indicate growth performances. I seldom skip my daily cup of coffee followed by a workout, which I have found to be an awesome combination. Here are a few likes and dislikes that I have about using coffee as a pre-workout supplement:

Dislikes:
• Drinking it too close to bedtime can cause insomnia
• Can act as a diuretic if too much is consumed

There have been times I have skipped my cup of coffee because I was in a hurry or just plain forgot and I could authentically tell the difference in how much exertion I put into my workout routine. When I was pregnant, I was afraid to drink coffee because of the caffeine but my condition care provider said that as long as I kept it to one cup there should not be a problem, and it was not.
